About this piece of sea glass:
This piece of very rare genuine turquoise sea glass is stunning, turquoise sea glass is very uncommon as its not a popular colour in the commercial bottling industry, so it probably came from an old perfume bottle or ornament. I hardly ever find turquoise pieces so its a very special piece indeed! Sea glass approx 15mm across at largest point. Necklace is approx 16 inches.

Made using Surgical Stainless Steel wire and findings:
This piece has been securely and artistically wrapped with a new metal I have been using, surgical stainless steel wire, which unlike most metals, even precious metals, will not rust or tarnish. It is a hardy strong durable metal.

About Sea glass and Sea Pottery:
I use genuine sea glass or pottery that has been collected from the beautiful beaches of Cornwall in the UK. Many of my pieces are found where an old harbour was once a bustling centre of trade. Old Victorian plates, glasswear, ornaments and bottle stoppers are recycled by nature, and sharp shards are polished by the tide beating against the sand.
